Founded by Michael Agnew with the establishment of FAW Building Supplies in 1991 and Canberra Hire in 1996, Agnew Group enjoys an entrepreneurial outlook underpinned by our core values of respect, integrity and excellence in customer service.

Over the past 30 years Michael and his family have expanded the portfolio to include hotels and property developments, predominately located along the east coast of Australia.

In 2014 FAW Building Supplies was sold and in 2017 Agnew Building Supplies was founded. The Retail structure now includes the expansion of the Hire business with Agnew Hire, Agnew Storage and Agnew Landscape Supplies.
